In anticipation of Wednesday's ice and snow storm in Western Nebraska, the Omaha World-Herald sent photographers Matt Miller and Phil Johnson to the central and northern parts of the state.Miller staked out Valentine, transmitting photos for Wednesday and Thursday editions, while Johnson did the same from Kearney. Their work is showcased in a slide show on Omaha.com.
