Why in the world are KMBC, KQTV, and KTVO (the blue patches in Missouri) getting the California-Oregon game? Not only should there be natural interest in a Big 12 matchup in those coverage areas, but two of them extend into Iowa! What is ABC thinking?

They aren't. The coverage map from ABC reflects some differences.
