Governor's Communications Director
Will Join World-Herald As Editorialist

Aaron Sanderford is giving up his post as Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman's communications director to join the Omaha World-Herald as an editorial writer.

Sanderford, 29, spent more than six years at the Lincoln Journal Star before joining Heineman's staff in March of 2005. He reported on business, government, crime, courts, prisons, sports, and entertainment, in addition to serving as the newspaper's night city editor.

A Louisburg, N.C., native, Sanderford earned a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Kentucky. His last day of work for Heineman will be Feb. 23.

Heineman said the search for Sanderford's replacement will begin immediately.

Heineman said the search for Sanderford's replacement will begin immediately.

In other words, TV reporters should begin applying for the job TODAY.

Yet another white, male republican added to the coffers of the predominantly angry white, male republican rag called the World-Herald. Is this state ever gonna wake up and realize that the republicans are against everything they stand for? Jeez, if Jesus Christ and Lucifer were running for president and Christ was a Democrat and Lucifer a republican, this state would lock step right behind Lucifer because he had an (R) next to his name.

Republicans, Democrats, you're all fools. By the way number three, I actually did like that analogy. Sidebar, the truth hurts, doesn't it? The demoncrats won, get over it.

Sidebar, I think you need to learn to spell. Number 5, I like that "Demoncrats?" If it was intentional it was funny.

Sidebar:

It was defintely a good analogy. Sad but true. Jealous that you didn't come up with it? I mean comparing Kennedy to Hitler, c'mon, that's going a bit far isn't it? Talk about a poor analogy.

Sanderford will do well at the World Herald. He is just what they need. He has an inside view of the governmental workings of Nebraska and has the view point of the majority of Nebraskans, whether shortsighted or far sighted
remains to be seen. Also, the heated arguments above just prove how far apart we as Americans have grown. Aren't we all trying to achieve the same goal? Why is there so much hatred spewed from both sides? Please look into both sides of the issue and keep an open mind before forming an opinion. That's all anyone should ask whether you are Demoncrat or Republican. We have to stop hating each other some time and look at the good we can do for the country as a whole.

So Sidebar, did you vote for a Republican for congress? Cause if you did, you did not vote for someone who has your best interests in mind. They ALL voted against the wage increase while a majority of Nebraskans thought it should pass. Not my idea of a good REPRESENTATIVE when they vote for their party instead of their constituents.

That's it Sidebar, bring religion into it like a good little Christian Conservative. Touch a little nerve there did he? Get off your high horse and research the issues a little instead of joining the party parade. You might be surprised what a little knowledge could do for you. It might change your narrowmindedness.

Wouldn't it really grate at you Sidebar if you found out that Christ was closer to the Democrats that he was to the Republicans?
