Time Warner Cable Will Carry New Fox Channels

An agreement between News Corp. and Time Warner Cable means TWC subscribers in Lincoln will get a pair of new FOX channels when they launch.

It is not known when the Fox News Business Channel and the Fox Reality Channel will make their debuts. However, the deal signed between the two parties Tuesday also extends its carriage agreement for Fox News Channel, meaning Fox will eventually have three channels available on TWC systems.

Terms of the overall business deal were not disclosed, but Fox News has been receiving an average of about 70 cents per subscriber per month in recent deals.

Cox already has Fox Reality Channel.

Great. Now get me the NFL Network and ESPNU and we'll be happy. Until then, TWC is not making me a happy subscriber.

The folks in Lincoln have been missing out by not getting Fox Reality Channel. 8 hours of "COPS" a day and endless rehashes of "American Idol".

The more important question is, do they get MyNetworkTV? Gotta love that show "Wicked Wicked Games"

Fox Reality Channel? Congrats, Lincoln!

"When Bears Attack" All Day. Every Day.

Fox Reality Channel is allready an staple on Direct TV. Oh how lincoln has been in the dark ages.
How about getting KHAS the Lincoln Hastings Kearney NBC on TWC and OTA not that would be impressive.

Since Ann Shrewsbury is not interested in answering my messages, it would be interesting to find out why we in Lincoln have a "lesser" HD package. TW San Antonio offers Starz-HD, Cinemax HD, MHD, A&E HD. Even TW Albany and Syracuse somehow got ESPN2 HD. Heck, Norfolk is getting the Food Network HD soon. All we got when INHD2 went off the air was UHD...which is great for all the Equalizer fans out there but does little for me. Pathetic offerings. Hopefully with Verizon coming in they might lay down some fibre optic cable for FIOS once their employees see what is offered in Lincoln.

I also agree with the comments above that ESPNU not available in a college town like Lincoln is unacceptable. Getting these FOX stations in SD is wasted bandwidth in my opinion.

Three words, if you hate TWC; "GET A DISH".

I did--best decision.....EVER.

Thank you, good night.

Wish I could...live downtown and the buildings obscure the signal. Trust me, if I could get Dish or DirectTV, especially with their 60+ new HD stations by fall 2007, I would.

That is why I wish Verizon FIOS or AT&T u-verse would come in and give some credible options at this point.

Thanks anyways.
